We, at HEADS UP RACIN', reserve the right to call off any race for any reason, period! Any vehicle or track conditions that are deamed unsafe will be called off. The "HEADS UP" team and its SPONSORS are in no way liable for damages to vehicles , person or person's either attending the race or competing. ALL DRIVERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN WAVERS. Refusal will result in forfeiting the option to compete in that days event and will not be able to compete on "HEADS UP RACIN" in future events. NO EXCEPTIONS! All races will abide by hosting tracks rules. Any questions or comments on event planing or to sign up for a event will be directed to our Event Coordinator Greg Rosenthal. All technical questions as to what will be legal for the track your competing on or general questions will be directed to Randy Smith, Host/Flagman and George Bourgeois ,Technical Advisor.
